We are here!!!

An-nyeong-ha-se-yo, Good Morning,
So we have internet and I finally get to start blogging! We finally made it and let me tell you the plane ride was long, the kids actually did pretty well until we were laid over in Japan for 3 hours. I am so excited to be here and our stuff is getting put away slowly as I adjust to the time change.
So far I love it here, the language barrier is just that a barrier that I will soon conquer, but most people can speak a little english and I've masterd a few words. The humidity is crazy, my hair is so curly here I don't think it will ever be straight again. There was a typhoon the day I got here but it didn't really hit hard here. We went to the lotte mart, which is basically the korean version of a walmat or target, the day after I arrived we needed food and stuff for the house and post was closed due to typhoon even though it was 1 hour long. I find that most koreans are very polite, and we are having Tim's katusa friend over for dinner tonight. A katusa is a korean that chooses to spend his mandatory military service with the american army. We are still trying to figure out our new washer/dryer combo, it washes fine but shakes all over the place during dry cycle so for now I am trying to master hang drying. The commisary here is tiny and you have to go on an off day because I had a hard time finding anything, lotte mart was great for korean food, its all in korean for the most part so if you can't read it its a little hard to figure out what it is but next time I will write down food symbols and go prepared.
Well thats all I can think of writing now and I will try to blog at least once a week if not more, but I will leave you with a few pics of our 2nd night in the apartment and our first real dinner. We are having bulgogi and noodles and unpaking.
An-nyeong-hi-ka-se-yo, good bye
